Today I had a chimney sweep here from you, and for the first time in about 16 years, this guy found all the soot pockets on our wood-burning stove, which the previous chimney sweeps haven't done. So you get both praise and kudos, the latter goes to today's chimney sweep. He of course gets 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

cannot recommend the company! either the chimney flue is clogged or the wrong flue has been cleaned several times! had major problems with smoke emissions from a narrow stove, no draft! took another chimney sweep--results lots of soot and no more leaks. didn't think you could fool someone like this. changed refractory bricks, changed buffalo iron at a cost of over 4500:- didn't want to believe that the chimney sweep was careless/neglected to clean the right flue. had trust but not anymore the problems started when the "girl" had the assignment. It took her 8 minutes at a fairly high price. what an hourly rate!!

Very nice and accommodating staff. With a little luck we got an installation inspection of our stove the very next day. It was done quickly and efficiently. I got quick and efficient help with filling out the necessary documents and also answers to my questions regarding heating. Great company. Will use again without a doubt.

Very well done job, boiler, pellet burner and plates thoroughly cleaned in conjunction with sweeping.
