Booked a Villa Package for FTX systems and two happy technicians showed up as agreed and started going through everything. I can't recommend the team from Åke Huss AB enough for their incredible work on our exhaust ventilation. Their professionalism and accuracy were noticeable from the start. They started with some measurements. Apparently, some airflows were down to only a third of what they should be due to accumulated dust and other things. Then they used advanced rotating brushes and a teddy bear-sized vacuum cleaner to effectively clean all the exhaust ventilation - something that was really needed! The technicians also made sure to check the airflow and adjust all the exhaust air devices, which has made a noticeable difference in the air quality in our home afterwards. As the icing on the cake, a technician also went in and did a proper cleaning of our cooker hood and kitchen duct. Now the kitchen feels fresher than ever, and we don't have to worry about old grease and dust that builds up over time. Also got a good overview of how the cold draft valve worked in practice, recommendations on what could be done in the unventilated attic, and other engineering details that were not really included. I am deeply impressed by their commitment and attention to detail. The whole process was smooth, and the result is truly beyond expectations. Especially well handled when the little ones came home and were curious about what happened. Thank you for a world-class job - we will definitely hire you again in the future!

The chimney sweep cracked the ceramic flue deflector plate in the stove while sweeping. Contacted the company, who had the chimney sweep call back - he claimed the plate was a "consumable item" and they had no intention of replacing it.

Customer service under all criticism. Never or very rarely answers the phone. Then they blame the customer for not choosing another contact method for cancellation. If you need to contact Åke Huss, it is important that you choose the contact method that they prefer. Now Åke Huss has a monopoly on fire safety inspections so they don't need to care about this review, or what their customers think...
