Negligence in traffic Bravida car with license plate XEF31T was about to hit a youth on a bicycle on his way to school at the roundabout at Sallerupsvägen/Lucofood today at 08:15, to have such a violation and then get stuck at a red light further ahead!? Scary experience. Not good advertising for Bravida!

Changed to three-phase in the apartment. Then was without electricity for several days. The electrician lied about the faulty work he had done. The site manager in turn refused to do anything about it and defended his electrician. Luckily I was able to get an on-call electrician from Bravida to come and help me, he was exceptionally good and fixed the fault and apologized on behalf of the company. Eventually there was a mistake with the billing and I received an invoice for the return visit, was treated very badly by both customer service and management regarding this matter. Terrible and unscrupulous actors with a nonchalant attitude.

We have a very bad experience with Bravida Malmö Ventilation Service. We had a small ceiling vent in our apartment that we removed and filled the hole afterwards. When we sold our apartment, HSB Skåne and our Brf ordered us to restore it to the original condition by Bravida Malmö Ventilation Service (even though we could have done it ourselves but HSB Skåne refused). Bravida sent an incompetent craftsman who could not find the position of the hole in the ceiling so he left. We had to find it ourselves and call him back the next day. He then came back, then left to buy the ventilator at Biltema, then came back and finally installed it. Later, for all this they invoiced us 4209 kronor, for a work of 10-15 minutes! They invoiced 4 hours of work for such a small task at 585 SEK + VAT per hour, and they also invoiced 800 SEK + VAT for the car and for him having to come twice (why is it my problem that he was incompetent?). Regarding the exhaust valve, he invoiced 227 SEK + VAT (without showing the invoice), while I checked it in Biltema and it costs about 100 SEK. This is cheating. I recommend everyone to avoid Bravida Malmö Ventilationservice.
