I have been treated in an extremely bad and completely unacceptable manner by the staff at HSB in Enköping. Due to the abusive treatment, racism and clear disrespect that I experience every time I visit the company, I have now made the decision to leave HSB. I would also like to draw special attention to the fact that there is an elderly woman at the reception at HSB in Enköping whose behavior is very unpleasant, disrespectful and clearly discriminatory. Her way of treating people is unacceptable and characterized by racism. She in no way represents HSB's values, and I believe that she should be replaced as soon as possible because her actions seriously damage the company's reputation. I previously had a positive image of HSB and believed that the company stood for professionalism, respect and equal treatment. Unfortunately, reality has shown the opposite. I am convinced that the management is fundamentally serious, but unfortunately it seems that they are not aware of what is actually going on within HSB in Enköping. It is deeply regrettable that a well-known and respected company is being damaged by a lack of leadership and unacceptable treatment from the staff

We had a matter on behalf of our disabled father and although the customer service was actually closed we were let in and had our matter resolved. What a fantastic service. Thank you HSB Enköping
