I would like to inform you that they charge a lot for travel as it was not something I was informed about by Electra. I received help with service and troubleshooting of a heat pump which is a job that does not take that long. On my invoice, travel costs (hours) and mileage (km) account for half of the cost. I live in Svalöv which is 90km round trip as they start from Helsingborg. I understand that of course you have to charge for travel but I have never experienced charging for both hours and mileage. The cost is twice as much as others with similar mileage have paid for.

Bought an LLVP, the installer drilled the brick beam in the facade to pass through the hoses instead of going in the appropriate place. The brick beam is the part above the window that holds up the brick, you should know this, you might think. This means that at some point we have to move the indoor unit and put in a new brick beam to avoid damage to the house. We were not informed about the problem but had to discover it ourselves, after many ifs and buts we got about 1k in deductions but a brick beam costs much more than that. Despite the answer below, there has been no feedback, to say the least, crappy service. Addition to the matter. The company gave us a free service for an extended warranty on the unit. Feels better, changing to a 3a. Thanks

I am very satisfied with my installation of an exhaust air heat pump and ftx unit. After contacting various players on the market, Electra AB was undeniably among them more professional. With honest and good communication all the way. Highly recommend them!

Have used this company twice for service and repair of IVT heat pumps. The first time a couple of years ago and now again. Have been very satisfied both times. They answer questions in a good way and have carried out the jobs without complaint, even though they were quite complicated. Will definitely use them again.

I contacted Electra a while ago regarding a fault I had with my boiler. They came and fixed the boiler and said that the fault was mine, that I had apparently turned off the elements. After 2 days the same fault appeared and they came again to fix it. After that I received an invoice for 3400 SEK because they came the first time and fixed the fault. I contacted them and they said that the invoice is correct but it is not correct because they came the second time with the same fault and I do not have any elements because I am renovating the house and the boiler is working as it should. I do not recommend the company, they are not serious and they take a long time to find faults that are barely even a fault.
