Very very nice and knowledgeable staff. Quick installation of our air heat pump as the product was at home. Unfortunately the outdoor part broke, but within a few days we had a new one installed free of charge. You can always call with questions and you will be greeted in a nice and knowledgeable manner. I highly recommend the team at Elterm!

Have used Elterm many times and have always been satisfied. But now that the boiler stopped working completely and I contacted them, I got very good advice from Mikael but unfortunately we couldn't get the boiler to start. On New Year's Day, Mikael contacted Elterm on his own and wondered how it had gone and that he could be there at 7:00 the next day. For me, this was incredibly valuable and I didn't have to wait for them to open after New Year's and then book an appointment, Mikael remembered us, he contacted us and arranged everything. This is customer service at a really high level. Mikael and his colleagues are incredibly good to deal with and Elterm can only be highly recommended. Thank you Mikael, your efforts warmed us and the house ;)

Asked for a quote to connect an air source heat pump. Then I did some preparations myself, before Elterm arrived. Most craftsmen had invoiced according to the quote. But I received an invoice that took into account my preparatory work. Professional, honest and serious! Five stars!

Problem with a Nibe geothermal heat pump, but live quite a distance from Alingsås. Have not been a customer of Elterm before. The customer service representative recommended calling a colleague in the industry instead, as it would not be so expensive for me in terms of towing fees due to the slightly longer distance. I was also connected to a technician to discuss whether there was something I could look at myself first before I book someone to come out to me. The technician suggests a few different things I can look at and do, which will be the evening's activity. This is for me the highest level of customer service, where you only have the customer in focus and are prepared not to make money by recommending another company. In addition, they give advice and tips to possibly fix the problem yourself instead of just saying, "we'll book a visit and see what we can find". The result of their response is that I will definitely call them if I don't solve it myself, even if it will be a little more expensive for me. Nice job!

Installed air->water pump in December. As good as it gets. Very knowledgeable and helpful, keeps deadlines and good and smooth installation in promised time. Very good prices!
