We had a very narrow time window between our bid and the preliminary booked time for contract signing, where we first wanted to have time for a comprehensive inspection to know for sure what we were buying. Energibyrån was able to solve an inspection tailored to our wishes (more comprehensive check than usual) with great flexibility and professionalism and at short notice offer a competitive fixed price and rearrange the calendar to book us in, with great sensitivity to what was important to us in the assignment. We were present at the inspection and received good information throughout the process that was educational and easy to understand even for "apartment people" without house experience. Energibyrån was even able to re-prioritize to finish writing the protocol faster than normal so that we would have time to take a position before the preliminary booked contract signing. I find Energibyrån efficient, reliable, flexible and easy to deal with. Will use them again the next time we need them, and highly recommend them to others.
