Our boiler has stopped, can't start it, we called and said we don't have underfloor heating or hot water, in response they would take it as soon as possible, have waited 1 week for them, nothing has happened, it's starting to get frustrating now that it's October and it's getting colder at night

There's certainly nothing wrong with the technicians. But the office staff? They should have protected Tony who handled customer contacts before. The office staff feels ignorant. In addition, they charge excessive prices for all materials. Recommend going to another plumber/heat pump specialist.

I had a problem with the Nibepannan, some strange error code, a guy called and told me what the error was and then he guided me on what to do. Now it works again

I called and was going to report a heat pump that was faulty. I was helped by a girl named Malin. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the good service.
