Have been calling for multiple times for an issue I have. It has been 5months now, no one is doing anything to help. Called 3 times now and asked for an update on my existing case, waited long time on the call and they told me the responsible man is not working today and they are going to call back, but guess what! They never do! Customer service is very poor.

Probably Sweden's worst customer service as they cannot/refuse to help with something as simple as what day the garbage should/should have been emptied. If you call as a tenant, they refer you to the landlord as it is confidential what day the garbage is emptied. The landlord has been in contact and received a response that we will look into it and then have not heard anything more. EEM are welcome here to pick up garbage from the garage driveway and lawn now that the birds are tearing it out because the garbage can is overflowing and has been for a week. It is difficult to find something worse actually. One star is too high a rating really.

Terrible people in customer service, especially Jocke!! Absolutely deplorable attitude, completely unqualified to be in customer service and talk to customers. Called about 10 days ago and then a girl answered and was supposed to call back.....!?!? she disappeared into the periphery, she has never called back at all, apparently you are now told that she has not even registered a case with all the information she was given...!??? This place is a PLAYHOUSE for uneducated, ill-mannered individuals with a very low IQ, you can't understand anything else! When you know that you have a really bad opinion of a lot of people then the person in charge should make sure to fix this. Send these individuals to some courses in upbringing and above all, test their elementary knowledge, because then it shows that they eg. cannot receive knowledge and then they should OUT!!! We customers are not interested in such idiots when we need help. And you should also make sure to do your job of restoring when you have carried out work within your area!!
