Absolutely miserable landlord, if I could have given less than one star I would have. Overpriced apartments that are shoddily built. Recommend to anyone who is thinking of moving to Gävle for their studies to go to another landlord. For example k2a there you get a washing machine maybe even a balcony. Nice property manager too. Points out dust in the apartment when moving out when it has been empty for 2 weeks, clearly it will be dust then. As everyone else says zero supervision when moving out and moving in.

Incredibly poor service when it comes to moving out. I was going to sublet and emailed and asked if the reason was sufficient otherwise I would just cancel the apartment. I got a response that it's going fine and then when I submit it it gets denied even though I emailed them in advance and asked them about that. Arranged with a new tenant but then I still have to stay on the contract even though my new tenant has taken over according to agreement. I haven't received any inspection report either when I moved in or now after the final inspection. Now 3 months later the keys are to be handed in and I should have done that myself but since they are missing it of course falls on me. However, it is something that could have been avoided if they had taken over the contract directly which was not an option.

If you could choose 0 stars, I would have. It was a disaster when I moved in and yet they expect you to be well-cleaned when you move out. Never been treated so poorly when it comes to moving out. I get passed around by all the employees and no one wants to help me get the deposit back that I am entitled to. Tip for future people moving in is to document the apartment as it may not have any complaints from previous tenants.

Fastighetssnabben and Gävle student housing are the biggest joke I've ever been through. Would never recommend anyone to live with them. Sickly confused and have zero control from the moment I moved in. Took over 2000 SEK from my deposit for small things that were already there when I moved in. They expect the apartment to be perfect even if it wasn't when you moved in. I even documented it with pictures but it didn't help :)

It's hard to find a better landlord/manager than Fastighetssnabben! Changed apartment and avoided double rent as they easily got a new tenant for the old apartment. Happened to break a shower wall when moving but no problem. Pointed out that the refrigerator door was coming loose and they replaced the fridge and freezer. The stove broke and in three days a new stove was in place. Only the highest rating is good enough! If you like this review, please click 👍 so I know! 😀
