They come unannounced over two hours before the scheduled time, and then they are angry because we didn't answer when they called. Sweeping is done in about seven minutes, only from the inside. No check of the chimney at all. Really unpleasant. It felt like they wanted to get all their booked customers ready before lunch so they could go home.

I contact the Stockholm Fire Department to change the chimney sweep company, who will come the next day and do the sweeping. At the same time, Fluetec sends a new appointment for the next day. We decline this appointment and then receive an invoice for not allowing access to the chimney sweep.....
