Bought a Daikin air-to-air heat pump in 2018, which had some problems. First we had to replace the circuit board. A couple of years later the exchanger in the indoor part broke due to a production error. However, Fresh Fans has consistently handled the problems in a very professional and courteous manner. And we will definitely choose the company again when it comes time to expand the heat pump fleet. Possibly a minus for selling Daikin at all, which from our experience seems to be a real rubbish brand. But I guess we have also had some bad luck.

Bought an air source heat pump in 2018 and had a home visit from a salesperson. I was convinced that I needed two indoor units, since our house does not offer an open plan. The salesperson insisted on a small pump at the entrance that would easily take up both floors. But I chose the solution with two indoor units, and then I was recommended a combination pump (two parts in one). It was just as good as two separate ones, but cheaper. Mild winter 18/19, 19/20 and 20/21, then the problems really started. It turned out that the combination pump does not work below -15 degrees. Poor feedback and zero responsibility. One of the answers I got was that another customer had the same problem and had to buy an extra pump to cope with the coldest days. I then turned to the general agent for the brand who was shocked because the combination pump is only for cooling systems. After much deliberation, I was able to read two used outdoor units from the general agent. These were replaced 12 months ago, and now one (an older one) has broken. I can't find words for the disappointment, and zero sense of service from a local company that claims to be professionals in heat pumps.

Really unprofessional, rude staff with zero sense of service. Shows enormous disinterest in their customers.

Very good information and installation of air-to-air heat pump. Our electricity consumption for the maintenance heating in the summer cottage has decreased by almost 70%!

Absolutely ok, they have received the case. To be continued. Today 21/10 the repairman was here and cleaned our heat pump. Nice guy.
