I highly recommend Grand Construction Stockholm AB. From the start there has been superb communication and everything has resulted in a job that exceeded expectations. Grand Construction Stockholm AB helped us renovate our bathroom and has been helpful in every step of a difficult project with a water-damaged bathroom and insurance matters. Extra big thanks to Rustam and Elbek for excellent project management, communication and work. They kept to the estimated time (even a little early) and also came back a few days later to correct small things. Thanks for all the help

We hired Grand Construction to renovate a bathroom. Several parts were mishandled. Among other things, they waited 2 weeks after the bathroom was finished to remove the trash they had put in a big bag on the sidewalk, with the result that passersby put more trash in the big bag. Grand Construction said that it was not their responsibility that it had been filled with trash in the meantime and lifted out and left behind parts of the trash that were not part of the bathroom renovation. We hired another company separately to remove the remaining trash. After a lot of arguing with Grand Construction, they paid the cost we paid to the other company. In summary, there was a lot of arguing about the time, cleaning and trash collection, but the end result was okay except for some crooked cabinet doors and silicone/joint paste /Anna Runesson

Renovation of guest toilet. In addition to the project being very delayed/extended due to poor planning between the company and me as the client, the end result was also not quite up to par with what I expected. Joints in the corners are too wide, and no masking or effort to make them even. Painted over screw holes in the ceiling. The biggest problem was probably that they didn't seem that committed to getting a good solution, for example, I myself came up with a much smarter solution for an electrical outlet in a cabinet that was installed, I would have wished that they, as professionals, could have come up with it themselves earlier.
