BRFs beware. We used Indoor for a full-service contract for replacing radiator valves, replacing main valves, replacing fans, sealing ducts, cleaning ducts and adjusting heating systems. However, we terminated the collaboration prematurely as we felt that Indoor had been ignorant and insensitive about their proposals for our buildings. They may be able to do new construction - but I would not recommend them for houses built in 1950 and earlier. They do not know building maintenance. We have brought in a building maintenance expert with building maintenance knowledge after we paused Indoor's intervention in our property - and the criticism of Indoor's completed work and planned (not yet completed) work has been stinging. - Careless preparatory work / inventory that has resulted in an overpriced contract for us. - Claimed that there was asbestos in the insulation, which was not true, but instead of checking whether it was asbestos or not, they charged the association for asbestos removal for MANY 1000-kronor. - Left apartments and public areas very dirty after (their subcontractor) had carried out the measures on radiators and pipes. - Recommended and purchased a new fan for the association that will be located in a shopping center / public areas of that size and suggested (in retrospect at a cost of 300,000 - 500,000,-) that we should replace all exhaust air devices in the apartments. Something that would most likely have destroyed the balance in our system and caused us to have unpleasant noises in many apartments. We in the association are of course self-critical as we did not have an external project manager who set requirements and followed up Indoor before and during the work. But I think a serious contractor should be more serious in providing advice and knowledge about the properties they work in - either they know what they are doing (which Indoor did not) or they say "I don't know, but I can find out". Weak feedback throughout the entire contract and many changes of contact persons when we started making demands. Weak company. Christian.

We at the company are really happy with Indoor Energy! They have built two large heating/and ventilation systems for us. *Patrik Ödmann is incredibly talented and dedicated!!!
