Ventilio is not a scam company, but my experience of the collaboration was unfortunately very problematic. During the process, communication was lacking – they rarely responded to either emails or phone calls. Booked appointments were often cancelled at short notice, sometimes at the last minute, which in turn delayed my construction process. The result also did not correspond to what was initially promised. I also had to spend an unreasonable amount of time hunting down relationship documents for the ventilation, something that took several months despite repeated reminders. In summary, I found the collaboration to be messy, time-consuming and unnecessarily frustrating. For those who value clear communication, structure and reliability, I recommend looking at other options. Best regards, Christopher
