Very quick response and resolution of the problem, nice service from the service guy

Warning for this company. Very bad experience. Ordered service but none of what is promised on the website was actually done. The service protocol was supposed to be signed by the customer according to the website but the protocol was never shown. So I have no idea what was done. Cleaning and lubrication were supposed to be done but neither was done. "That's not needed on the boiler you have" was the answer.

Terrible service, terrible feedback, rude staff, trouble with the boiler for several weeks after installation. There is nothing positive to say about this company except the price. If I had known then what I know now, I would have chosen another supplier, regardless of price.

Incredibly bad overall supplier. Zero response from the responsible salesperson afterwards when it was installed and paid for. They had to come here twice in a few weeks to fix it because they did a bad job. Then I had to call the service technician's direct number, calling the office completely pointless. NOT recommended...

Cheap, but you get what you pay for! Lousy job, several errors during installation and then they don't respond. If you do manage to get a hold of them, they never respond. It's been almost 9 months and winter is back, my geothermal heat pump is still broken! Almost 1 year after installation.
