Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Benjamin fixed the problem with our Nibe heat pump in 5 minutes where others failed after four hours of troubleshooting. Big thanks to KWA-Rör in Svedala!!

Very bad at keeping appointments. Very bad at showing up. Very bad at sending correct invoices. No service mind overall. Had to bring in another company to fix the problems as no one at the company felt like coming. There is a whole list of these noshowers

We feel cheated. Promised to correct the invoice, but deducted 300 SEK. Been here actively for 1 hour and charged for 5 hours. Got a cost estimate of 1300-2500 SEK, the invoice ended up at 6375 SEK. We will never use them again. They made a mistake and charged to fix the error.

Hired KWA Rör when the water heater broke and received help the same day. We are very satisfied and will hire again

They give good prices for work. But unfortunately they never hear back even though you emailed and called them. So it was disappointing.
