Have received help from KVPC several times with our boiler in recent years and every time you call, it is always both a pleasant and professional treatment. They come quickly to the site and fix the problem quickly and smoothly but above all we have felt that KVPC always has a good dialogue with us so we always know what it costs before they do anything but also what different options are available which means that you can decide for yourself whether you want to repair, buy a new one etc... this makes us always feel very safe with KVPC. When they are still out on site for repairs, they also tuned our boiler to make it more efficient so our electricity bill went down drastically the following month!! I really recommend this company to everyone who reads this and we will continue to contact KVPC in the future too!

When our boiler stopped working, they sent staff out the next day and fixed it quickly and easily. Thanks again for the help, now the house is warm again, haha!

Always received good and quick help. Nice and service-oriented, sometimes the problem has been solved over the phone.

When I called they asked me to contact someone else, also said they had a two week waiting period to come out and look and then get parts. Referred to the contact form on the website, still a month later they have not responded more than they asked for the address. Has no hot water and only one radiator for heating.

Called for help but no one seemed to be able to help, felt like he was in trouble somewhere and wanted to end the call.
