LJ-sot... You send out a time via paper via Postnord... (We didn't get it) 2 days before the planned visit, a REMINDER comes that it's time for a visit and it doesn't say what the visit is about. We have JUST had the chimney sweep here a few weeks ago and the REMINDER doesn't say what the visit is about. If you want to know, you should take the time to call you and find out. When you point out that you haven't received the time you sent via Postnord, you say that you should ask the postman why you haven't received the summons!?!?!?!!? How the hell are we supposed to know that we should ask for a summons we haven't received???? The time YOU have chosen to decide that we should be home doesn't suit us! If YOU want to come and visit us, YOU have to ask us what time and day suits us by contacting us! We don't live in North Korea! In Sweden, you always have the opportunity to have your say, but your system where you say that you will come one day between 9-11 works in North Korea but NOT in Sweden! You need to be more humble! The chimney sweeps you send are nice! If you want to inspect our stoves, YOU need to ask us for a time and day that suits us! Robert & Jeanette Skärholma 7846!

First of all, I get an appointment that Lj books for me, if I want a chimney sweep, I'll gladly book it myself. We weren't home when the chimney sweep was supposed to come because we had a baby that day, but no one called me when the chimney sweep was home. First of all, he/she drives over our birdhouse and when he/she is going to back up, that person puts the barrels in the middle of the sidewalk and drives away. No response at all. And I get an invoice for the missed sweeping Will call their competitors and will never use LJ sot again

Without any reason or notice, they send us a bill that is twice as big as usual. When we ask about the bill, we are told that we have moved the agreed time. That is true and we have done this before, without consequence. If we had been told the consequence in advance, we would have thought about it. Now they are completely inflexible. We just have to pay and they have a monopoly. A joke - I have not experienced anything like it. Be extremely skeptical of agreements. They communicate very little and with a long delay.

Flexible chimney sweeps who really do what they can to handle the most difficult assignments, and Anna-Karin in customer service has incredible patience with the customers. Many thanks!!
