WARNING. You should not hire Mälardalens Rör och Montage AB if you want to sleep well. They have no idea how to handle a warranty case. They also look for errors that do not exist. Their ignorance costs the customer a lot of money. They do not answer emails or telephone calls. Their professional skills are low (non-existent). Their social skills are also conspicuous by their absence.

My experience with this company is unfortunately bad. We book in time after time but they don't show up. It would have been OK if they announced that they couldn't come, instead of not showing up and not answering the phone. When I express my criticism, they choose to drop out. Incredibly unprofessional. So now we are standing here with increased costs and everyone else (Building, Electrical, Ventilation) waiting for us to get a reliable plumbing company so they can continue with their parts.

Eskilstuna's best plumbing company. I don't hire anyone else unless I absolutely have to for some unfathomable reason.
