I have contacted the company twice via the website without receiving a response and have called several times without anyone answering. When I finally got a response I asked for a quote for a job but I have not received one.

Got help with my heat pump. Called in the morning and the service guy came later as promised. And fixed the problem. Very satisfied.

Had a problem with the heating/water pump and asked for a review and service. After two visits with various guesses and no service performed, the bill dropped. Would have been a star if it weren't for the fact that I received an okay treatment when I disputed the invoice. However, I'm still not completely happy that I'll pay 1300 in the end, but I can't "negotiate" anymore. (My problem was solved after my own deep dive into the instruction manual and a talk with a family member.) It's a shame that it has to be like this when you think you're hiring someone who can!

Had problems with the heating in parts of the house. They were here and replaced things for 7000 SEK, but the fault remained. They came here and replaced things for another 4600 SEK. I questioned the first job and whether those things were replaced unnecessarily because it was neither better nor worse. They still insisted and wanted full payment for both invoices. They also have a rare bad feedback and are difficult to reach. If you have the opportunity, hire someone else. That is my recommendation.

Answered immediately the times I called, came and did the job quickly on short notice despite high season, very nice and competent repairman. 5/5
