We recently purchased a detached villa from Panghus and are very happy with both the quality of the house and the buying experience. From the first contact the staff were very helpful and informative, and we felt safe throughout the entire process. The house we received is of high quality and we really appreciate all the wishes we had that Panghus made a reality. Our house feels both modern and sustainable. We would definitely recommend Panghus to other homebuyers.

The experience has been absolutely fantastic. We were warmly welcomed and well looked after with good information. In case of problems we have received quick help. The house and appliances are of a high standard which feels luxurious. The house was even better than expected. We look forward to our daughter growing up here.

We bought a house with a gable roof of 135 sq m. They kept to their schedule. However, some things were not completed when we moved in, but we understood that it was a matter of delivery delays that they could not influence. We have understood before that the aftermarket is worse so we were prepared for that from the beginning. Still, I think they resolved many of the fault reports quickly, before they went on vacation. We are very happy in the house and much is well done, as far as we know. What we mainly have to complain about is: - the cleaning upon moving in. Below average. We had to clean the floor ourselves before we could move our furniture in because it was so dirty. - the paint is very dull and sensitive. Paint flakes easily at the slightest cleaning of the moldings. - the outdoor environment is definitely underprioritized. The one tree they planted was already half-dead when planted and has not recovered despite watering. They didn't support it directly when planting so over the weekend it fell over in the storm and we had to try to fix it. The hedge also had withered leaves already when planting. Not sure if they are alive as they never got leaves during the summer. The lawn is more of a green carpet that has various weeds in it. Panghu's answer is in principle that it shouldn't happen if the buyer takes care of their lawn, but that doesn't work. Most of the weeds that EVERYONE has are pigweed. If you read about this you will understand that it is "unreasonable" when 1. Houses that are empty have gardens that are not taken care of and thus spread to the rest of us. 2. You shouldn't step on a newly sown lawn, thus it is difficult to clear away weeds that are then on 90% of the surface. But, we are enjoying it very much! The house is great and the project manager has been easy to get in touch with.

I'm having a great time, everything has worked perfectly and the house is great. Nice project manager and fast service. Let's hope that the outdoor environment survives as the hedges and trees don't seem completely happy even though we've watered a lot, the lawn or the weed mat as it is now I hope it will sort itself out by next year. But we are happy.
