FTX installation. The project meeting which was aimed to plan the required work brought little clarity and confidence in how the work will be performed in detail. The team who performed the work lacked dilligence and required overseeing in order to complete a simple task if ensuring that the pipes are installed straight. We had another company doing some renovations a few months after and they were correcting messy installations we had in the attic. We also had to clean the attic from several bags of leftover construction materials that have not been collected by the crew. Collection of documents required for municipal submission is still dragging since August. Incompetent project leader with poor communication and process guidance skills, requires multiple follow-ups to provide mandatory paperwork. We hope not to be in a position to use the services again.

Very bad experience with this company. They installed a new ventilation system in a 17th century house without any warning about how the installation would affect the apartment. New walls and exposed pipes were put up, which destroyed the preserved and historical charm. The quality of the work is also substandard. The old kitchen door was "hung" in front of the new kitchen hood in a way that makes it sit loosely and has fallen down several times on people's heads. The ventilation did not work for a long period, which later turned out to be because they simply forgot to plug the cord into the electrical outlet. The heater does not work at all and according to a worker it only has to do with the outside air? Very misleading explanation on their website anyway. The workmanship is sloppy, old nail holes are clearly visible in the plasterboard above the kitchen cabinets and there are large gaps between the boards. The control box for the ventilation is also placed impractically inside a kitchen cabinet behind other things. All the ventilation in the apartment is interconnected, which means that the ventilation has to be increased throughout the house when cooking, quite impractical. They also came outside the agreed working hours and did not clean up after themselves, we had to do that ourselves. Communication and feedback has been slow at times. Overall, we are very dissatisfied and do not recommend this company at all.

Excellent help from Rebin Aslani who quickly installed a quiet and efficient crawl space fan. Also well-considered and wise advice.

Radea's visitation plan did not inspire confidence. Incorrectly dated mailings about when visits would be made, and impatient collection when this happened, well delayed. Can you trust their measurement???

Very good company from A-Ö. professional instillation by BJÖRN HULTQVIST. I have never seen such a fully equipped service car with so much equipment, he had machines for every thing. I am impressed. Also the Floor Hole Drilling and Electrician company that they cooperate with Toppen Service not even a little dust or debris left behind. Big recommendation++++++++++++++ Hi again, I can't help but write again about this company RADEA. first action on our radon it turned out that it was not good enough results which they continued and fixed without any problems with the same nice attitude and professional workforce especially by project manager LARS SJÖBERG and the fitter BJÖRN HULTQVIST, Electrician & Concrete Hole Driller, I myself am a picky person about everything that interferes in everything they do but they were happy about it and answered everything, they also stood up to all my wishes.
