Sweden's worst customer service. For four years I have not been able to change my address despite telephone contact. Instead I have sent an invoice stating that I was not there, and am demanding compensation for this. I hope others have a better experience, I am just getting frustrated.

Not particularly trustworthy. Checking the fire alarm that the municipality is responsible for was only done from the hall. I can imagine that the municipality got a big bill. Then it was said that there would be no invoice... but it did. It concerned the fire protection check. The chimney sweep was here barely a month before and then he could have done the check at the same time, you might think.
