Lived in my apartment since February 2025. Never again Sandvikenhus for me. Raw and cold in the apartment. No help with annoying neighbors. Now moving out in December 2025. I've had enough. A tip. Photograph all the cleaning in your apartment. Since I myself have worked with cleaning for over 53 years, I will also take pictures for myself.

They should take a charm course for service they absolutely can't. Worst landlord. Never lived in a dirtier house, moved in and had to wait almost 2 weeks to get the lock changed when the previous tenant handed in 3 keys instead of 4, they forgot to give the service key when I picked up the keys and I didn't even get an apology. They sent the inspection report to me instead of to the previous tenant, and when I moved in nothing had been fixed, a door was on the balcony, the stove was broken and I had to wait 1 week to get it fixed. 0 information before moving in. The house is inside like entering a concrete house from the Soviet Union in the 70s that has fallen into disrepair and would be much nicer if they were cared for and cleaned regularly.

Unfriendly inspection staff cleaned the entire apartment thoroughly with a lot of effort and good means, found out that the kitchen doors were dirty, there wasn't even a single stain! They also hired painters before I moved in who stained the floors and now I have to pay for it! The staff thought I should scrape the stains off with my fingers, outrageous. Will never recommend Sandvikenhus to anyone! If you move out, you should seriously lie down with a toothbrush and clean to get approved, absolutely incredible!!! If you are going to clean, aim for a move-out cleaning over 2 weeks.

I recommend not to rent an apartment from Sandvikenhus they have very very bad apartment when I moved in in 2022 the apartment was very dirty bearish on the roof and the road I clean myself. Now I move out and clean they do not approve and send me 7000kr invoice! I think if you want to rent a house from G Sandvikenhus you should be ready to pay 7/8 thousand kr.

Hello! Never, because you are a terrible municipality. It was very dirty when we got there, we cleaned everything and paid extra every month, but when we moved you sent an invoice for 7000 kronor which is not good, we were going to go back to Sandviken but we will never go back, not there.
