We have always been satisfied with the chimney sweep and turned to them for ventilation cleaning. After visiting, we saw a mark on the floor that had not been there and pointed this out to the customer service who treated us rudely and said that they certainly have not done this. We have also seen that they did not clean the filter for the heat pump after cleaning the valves. We will not use this company again because of their rude treatment.

The company sends a time proposal 2 years after the last sweeping while it is 3 years in effect. Receives a date proposal with incredibly short notice and announces that that week does not suit, the answer is that unfortunately it is this or there will be a ban on use even though we have almost a whole year left!! Extremely poor service, it was much better with Åke Huss before!! Too bad that the municipalities are contracting, because companies like these would not exist on the open market!!
I can't get a hold of them.
