A guy came and said it is mandetory to inspect and clean chimney. It took 4mins for him, no cleaning he did because he didnt used a sack inside to collect the dirt. But he said I did cleaning and you will be charged 1300kr. Not even 5mins from hi to goodbuy, just 4. And 2mins of that 4mins I was showing where is the ladder and discussing the costs.

Before the inspection today, my previous chimney sweep had canceled, SIMAB was able to help me with the inspection in less than 24 hours. Absolutely incredible! Niklas who came to us braved a snowstorm to be on site, very professional treatment with good service and later the same day the inspection report and control plan were signed and ready. Always been happy with all your visits and work, as a customer via Trelleborg Municipality. But the last visit on Monday, September 22nd was under all criticism! Been called several times and then got a text message that it was the chimney sweep. He (an older, unpleasant, stressed man) wants to urgently bring forward the sweeping, which I could not accept, but tried to come home earlier, there he was already in my garden and without greeting wanted to get started quickly, was on the roof for a maximum of 3 minutes! Recklessly stormed the house and only expressed himself negatively and that the installer for my wood-burning stove was stupid! Anyway, after exactly 13 minutes he was on his way with a private car that has no logo or info! I called customer service and was supposed to get a call back, but unfortunately never happened! Why such bad treatment and unprofessional work? What is happening to the talented, younger, nice chimney sweeps? I feel personally offended and did not get a sweeping this year, but the invoice has been paid!

A real scam company that claims they have been to a fixed camera surveillance can prove the opposite and invoice. Can't do the job because they don't have the right equipment and invoice again. Book and reschedule more times than I put fire in the stove. If there were options lower than 1, that would have been the rating..

Even though I have a lot of experience with fireplaces, I received a lot of good information during the inspection. Now, after six months, the fire is starting to work really well thanks to the good advice and instructions!
