Will never deal with these again. Caused damage in connection with chimney sweeping and refuse to take responsibility for it. They claim it is my fault that the damage occurred. The owner is unpleasant and impossible to deal with. No, skip this company if you can.

Nice service, arranged a time after I forgot the time for the sweeping. The sweeper who came was very nice and was thorough and gave good tips. Highly recommended.

CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS! If you burn less than 1 cubic meter of wood per year, you DO NOT need to have a fire inspection every year! This is something you have to STRUGGLE with this rogue company about and they behave extremely unpleasantly when this is pointed out! Check your intervals and check the legislation! ANSWER: NO. You DO NOT need to have a chimney sweep every year when you burn less than 1 cubic meter of wood annually! You still DO NOT have a handle on the legislation and are CHEATING people so you can go out and sweep and MAKE MONEY. Rude!

A monopoly company that behaves exactly as you would expect from a monopoly company. Booked both sweeping and fire safety inspections with the shortest possible deadline even though the rules state much longer deadlines for my fireplaces. They have let me cancel the unnecessary visits, which gives a two instead of a one, but how many keep track of what deadlines apply to their fireplaces? How many unnecessary thousands of shillings do people who trust the Chimney Sweeps in Sandviken-Hofors AB (which is the real company name today) pay completely unnecessarily for a service that is done every two years instead of every three, for example? They are using old deadlines that were 2, 4 or 8 years, even though Gästrike Räddningstjänst (based on rules from MSB I think) changed to 3 or 6 years. Now they want to do a fire safety inspection at my place (it would cost 1500 SEK for 30 min of work) after 1.5 years even though my deadline is actually 6 years. Since they have a monopoly, I can't recommend anyone to go to any other company, but keep an eye on your deadlines and cancel their attempts to sweep or do a fire safety inspection if you know you are right. And if you can handle it: learn to sweep yourself. (If the company themselves admit their mistake to me personally and post my fireplaces with the correct deadlines in their system, this review will be updated with a slightly higher rating.)
