Terrible company! I sent a request to Svefab where I explicitly wrote that I wanted a price quote on how much it would cost to replace the toilet seat gasket. I never received a quote. The property technician from Svefab came and checked which spare part would be purchased. I asked him what the spare part and the work would cost since I had not received a quote. According to him, the spare part would cost about 600:- and the work would take a maximum of one hour. Any ROT deduction would never come into question. According to him, it would be too expensive for me. I never got an answer as to why it would be "too expensive". I did not receive any information that they would have paid for the first inspection visit, car fee, etc. in addition to the craftsman's time. The time it took to replace the gasket took 30 minutes. For that, Svefab invoiced almost 5000:- excluding the spare part of 558:- Contacted another craftsman and they would charge 2,850:- for the work before ROT deduction and just over 500:- for the spare part. A Calling Svefab doesn't work. So I emailed their invoice department to ask about the amount. Thick answer and they seem to think it's completely reasonable to pay almost 5000:- for a 30 minute job. The craftsman I called was shocked when he got information about Svefab's sugary prices. Will NEVER use Svefab. They refuse to give a quote/price information before the service is performed and are reluctant to give ROT deductions! Send reckless invoices - they can do that!

I would write 0 in the rating. True that poorly trained staff. We got a surprise: INVOICE with 5,436 SEK, to open a door with a key. Our tag reader did not work and there was some hassle with the booking system, we called to ask what we should do because we had clothes in the laundry room, over the phone they themselves said "we can send someone", neither the operator nor the person who came and opened the door said that it would also cost an unreasonable price. THE ANSWER was: Calling the emergency service costs money, contact the board... The board said contact SVEFAB. We do not need to know your price list. 👎🏽👎🏽 Also asked "price or who pays for the transfer inspection" and over the phone there were two people who did not know.

I think Jani, the caretaker employed by Svefab in Gribbylund, Täby, is a great caretaker! What a nice, professional and calm person. He does a lot to solve problems that arise and he knows how to deal with people too ☺️

Poorly trained/informed staff on the phones. Asked if a job would cost anything or be part of any agreement etc that they have with the association. The person on the phone could not answer that and said that I should be contacted about how much it costs or if it is free of charge. The only contact I have after that is the person who will do the work. The person mentions that there is an additional cost if they do the work themselves but that they can leave the part to be replaced if I want to replace it myself. Which I agree to. Then I get an invoice for ~800 SEK. Which I dispute but then they gaslight me and say that I got the price already at the first contact and say that I have to pay. Tip for improvement is to train/inform your staff so that they can answer questions and not trick people into invoices.

A guy from Svefab was in my and my boyfriend's apartment to tape a cracked window. Before the guy came, we had phone contact, but it never came out that there would be any additional cost for such a simple job. Now a week later we have received an invoice for 800 SEK from Svefab for 10 minutes of work at our place!!! We have both been in contact with customer service and the CEO HERSELF who was so incredibly rude both by email and phone. Now they refuse to help us and they have no reasonable explanation for why it says "1 hour job, 1 roll of tape" etc etc in the invoice. Damn, Svefab is a real bottom-scraper when it comes to companies.
