This company tried to scam my friend. They asked for money for something that should be completely free. Don’t trust them – they’re not honest.

Poor remote support and expensive

It was easy to order service via a form on their website, they arrived quite quickly. The fault I had was that the temperature limiter tripped all the time. The technician found a contactor that was completely crumbled and replaced it with a new one, it was in February 2025. Now in November the hot water started to be bad one weekend, so I opened the door and found that two outgoing legs to the cartridge's loops on the 6kW contactor were faulty, one had a clean break and the other a bad break that caused the wire to get so hot that the plastic melted. I ordered a new contactor myself. While I was waiting for the contactor, I looked at how the technician from Termoklimat had connected the contactor and saw that he had connected the control voltage incorrectly so that the (3kW) contactor had not worked at all since he was with me. When I reconnected it correctly, the loops that received power via that contactor were enough to keep the water warm. Whether the contactor for the 6kW loop broke because it was allowed to work too much when the other contactor was not connected, I don't know. But no matter what, a professional Nibe Technician shouldn't make such a mistake when connecting. So, I won't be using them again. I'd rather troubleshoot and fix it myself.

The heat pump stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Technicians on site the same evening. Quick action and replacement of the faulty component, as well as adjustment and checking of settings. Very easy to deal with, and fast and correct information. Unfortunately it became an emergency case due to the time, but the cost (approx. 9000 SEK ex ROT incl. spare parts) was expected. Will definitely use these again the next time Niben decides to drive into the wall.
