Calls elderly people with aggressive sales pitches trying to persuade them to block the number even though you don't want anything to do with them. Then they call from a different number. You have to report them to the police every time they call.

Arrived way too late and once we got there we were told at the end of the work that he couldn't fix the fan in the kitchen as it had to be taken off the roof which wasn't possible due to snow. OF COURSE this information should be given when booking. Would never have booked an appointment during the winter months if we had known this. Says they will come back in the spring but we would still pay for the entire work now. Feel blown away and afraid that the company is a scam company...

I took advantage of their campaign to clean all air ducts, fixed price of 1995 SEK after root. They did a good job on site. The disappointment came when the invoices arrived, THREE in total, for 1995, 1995 and 2495 SEK!!! I disputed two of the invoices, which were against the agreement and the campaign, but a reminder came... Scammers! Avoid them! One star 🌟 Addition: They contacted me and apologized. The invoices were supposed to be deleted, were sent out incorrectly, automatic system. Very polite in contact. They now get three stars instead.

Came 30 min late, it was still acceptable, did the job well. However, they scratched my parents' induction stove which is still 6 months old. Contacted them, they say the scratches were there before, but they weren't. 2/5 good job, but poor workmanship.

I get a text message saying I booked an appointment without even talking to them. Feels like a scam.
