This is an extremely dishonest landlord - biggest warning! I haven't had a working toilet since last summer and the landlord has announced that they are not going to fix the problem. So I will continue to be forced to live with a toilet that doesn't work, which is a sanitary nuisance. The toilet can't flush feces. There are serious blockages every time. The landlord does not follow their legal obligations at all. They have set up a system - from the first day I became a tenant - to ignore all my contact attempts. No matter what. According to me for discriminatory reasons (because of my skin color). Even before I became a tenant, their staff looked at me disparagingly and made mistakes. I could never imagine the nightmare I would end up in with this landlord. The list of all their mistakes is long. Some examples: I got an apartment that wasn't even cleaned upon moving out - which was a pure sanitary nuisance. They gave me an apartment with serious damage and which is a health hazard (for example, moisture damage and mold that I pointed out from the beginning without them caring). They lie in the inspection report. Despite my complaints about the inspection report + photos, they refused to correct the inspection report. Before moving in, I took many photos of the entire apartment and emailed them to the landlord as evidence. Their roofer has jumped onto my balcony (without permission) and looked into my apartment. When I filed a complaint about this, I experienced behavior from the landlord that I experienced as threatening. My opinion is that some people are not desirable by this landlord and it results in them behaving extremely badly/discriminating to drive people like me away. If you read the reviews, you will see that several testify to very bad treatment. Their behavior. I have never been so extremely discriminated against and treated badly as by this landlord. This landlord is the absolute most unscrupulous one can imagine. You don't even get a working toilet! And they don't respond to contact attempts - no matter what! My absolute biggest warning for this landlord! Especially if you are of foreign origin. You can't be more discriminated against, wrongly treated/ignored and unsafe as you are by this extremely unscrupulous landlord. Nothing goes right with this landlord!

On the morning of December 16th, I was met with such incredibly rude treatment at the reception desk. It ruined my whole day, and I honestly don't understand how people can hire people like that.

Hi! I've lived in the same apartment since 2004. I've asked for help with maintenance, for a number of years, but nothing happens! I got a blockage in the bathroom, there's a leak under the sink, the fan in the bathroom and the kitchen fan don't work either, should I continue? You send some gnomes here, who solve the problem temporarily. Then nothing happens anymore! But you demand that I be available when you carry out your checks on the fan system. Several times there have been deficiencies, which I pointed out, which they promised to report..... What's happening is nothing, it makes me so damn angry and disappointed./Annika

I'm starting to get tired of Nynäshamn housing. In the past, you had to have it renovated every few years, you lived in the apartment for 15 years, I think. But now you have to buy it yourself and renovate it if you want something new. But they still keep raising the rent. And when you move out of the apartment, you have to pay for renovations if necessary. You can't afford to move out either. Like our windows aren't airtight anymore. They don't help with that either.
