During our last OVK inspection, VXPro AB was hired by our association, which consists of 8 apartments. When the job was finished, they managed to damage 2 of these 8 apartments, one of which is ours. In connection with the ventilation check in the bathroom, a metal door was dropped straight into the countertop, which made a mark of about 1 cm in the countertop. They chose not to tell us about this. I contact the gentleman who was here and he asks me to send pictures of the damage, which I do, then I get a message from another person at the company who will come out and repair the countertop. This is done as promised, but we are not satisfied with the results, so we want a new countertop, as the apartment is 5 years old and the countertop was in excellent condition before we let VXPro inside our doors. They choose not to replace us with a new disc but offer us 2000 SEK instead, which in my opinion is a mockery and a cheap way for this unscrupulous company to get away with it. Instead of doing the right thing, they refer to various rules and laws that apply if you let a bunch of careless craftsmen into your home. So with this I want to raise a warning finger for VXPro, if you are afraid for your home, because with us they will never come back.
