Big thanks to the team at Zero Energy in Lund! We received the best possible service when we needed it most. We hired them to review the ventilation and assess our exhaust air heating system. When you need good advice and professional expertise the most, we received fantastic help from Jens and Alex. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain how we can optimize the system to lower our energy consumption. Fantastic service. Had a problem with the immersion heater. Called in the morning and was visited that morning by Georg from Zero Energi. He was very knowledgeable and changed the immersion heater in no time. In addition to this, he also fixed a problem we had with the "knob" that controls the settings by updating the software. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge and willingness to serve. Their customer service was also very helpful. We can highly recommend them!
